Application Information

Here is the nitty gritty, the "how do I start the rental process" information. We ask that all our renters fill out our rental application, and review and sign our Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA). This is an ideal starting point for us to book your trip, and open up any questions you may have for us, or we might have for you. Thank you for your patience and desire to follow through with filling out these forms, so we can create the best experience possible for your family!

Rental Insurance

To ensure a smooth experience, if you're hauling the camper yourself, we ask that you have insurance coverage on the camper through our existing MBA policy for the duration of your trip. If we are delivering the camper for you, additional coverage isn't mandatory, but you're more than welcome to add a policy for extra peace of mind.

Rental Application for

R Countryside Camper Rentals

Campground Information

Whether you're having this camper delivered or hauling it yourself, any and all information you can give us about the location destination will help us make this experience be as seamless as possible.

This is not required but we highly recommend submitting this information, as it will help our delivery guys get the camper in the correct location, or give us insight on how to help you set the camper up when you arrive!

Terms and Conditions

A $750.00 security deposit is required for each camping trailer rental and due at least seven days prior to the day of the rental period start date. This security deposit covers the cost in the event there are missing or damaged items inside or outside the camping trailer during your stay. If necessary, additional costs associated with missing or damaged items inside or outside the camping trailer may be charged to you. The security deposit may also be used to pay any monies owed to R Countryside Rentals, LLC under this agreement.

A non-refundable $100.00 down payment is required to complete a booking. Incomplete reservation or payment will not hold dates for you. 100% of the total amount of your stay is due at least 30 days prior to your scheduled rental period start date and is non-refundable. Payment methods are at the discretion of Bart/Tara Frauhiger or R Countryside Rentals.

If you need to reschedule your trip and you are more than 30 days before the rental period start date, you may reschedule your reservation for a fee of $25.00. You must notify Bart/Tara of your desire to reschedule and pay the rescheduling fee immediately. The $100.00 deposit you placed toward your rescheduled reservation will be transferred. You have one year from the date you pay the $25.00 rescheduling fee to reserve and occupy a camping trailer from Bart/Tara Frauhiger or you will forfeit your deposited amount.

Please agree to the terms and sign below:

I would like to reserve/rent a camping trailer from R Countryside Rentals. I understand that Bart/Tara Frauhiger must approve the agreement before a reservation can be confirmed. If approved, I authorize Bart/Tara Frauhiger to charge me for reservation fee/rental amounts and/or any damages that I may cause during my rental period. I and Bart/Tara Frauhiger have the right to cancel the reservation under this agreement. If cancel my reservation less than 30 days prior to the rental period start date, the total rental payment will be non-refundable. If Bart/Tara Frauhiger cancels the reservation for any reason, all my payments made towards the rental will be refunded within 7 business days. I understand that R Countryside Rentals requires me to sign a Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA) to complete my application. The security deposit is refundable, except for deductions prescribed for in this agreement and/or what is listed in the SRA (Supplemental Rental/Rules Agreement) and will be returned within 7 business days after the rental period end date. If I am hauling the camper myself, I agree to show proof of insurance coverage from MBA Insurance company to ensure liability coverage on the camper during the time of my rental. I agree to provide this coverage while the camper is being towed by myself or anyone of my acquaintance during my rental.
